Yes. Open Companies without creating an account. Search by CNPJ or legal name, import the registration and attach certificates and PDF supporting documents. In the tender, select the company in Requirements and run the automatic analysis. When it finishes, Pending and Met show reasons, next steps and source excerpts. A missing document does not mean non-compliance, and a CNAE alone does not prove a certificate. The analysis helps the review; it does not guarantee qualification nor replace the agency's decision. You can keep up to 20 companies; link an account when you want to use them on another device. Runs depend on the service's availability and limits.

No. Choose to pay by address or QR Code: EditalMD shows a unique address, the amount in USDC and the Base network. You can send from a wallet app or exchange that supports USDC on Base. Check the net amount and any sending fees. Pay within 30 minutes; confirmation may take a few minutes and releases your access automatically. Reopen the document in this browser to follow along. Connected wallet, x402 and credit remain available.

On the site, enter the CNPJ to get term suggestions from the company's activities (CNAE). Pick a suggestion, adjust what your company supplies and check the preview before creating. A suggestion does not turn alerts on. The API also lets you create one alert per CNAE family, with an explicit charge for what exceeds the free allowance. Activities outside the dictionary need their own terms.

In the search, open the Prices paid tab. For the term and state searched, EditalMD shows the median, the range between the first and third quartiles, the lowest and highest awarded unit value, how far below the agency's reference the winners were, how much was won by small businesses (ME/EPP), who won and who bought (the top ten of each), by state and by month — over up to 2,000 similar items from the last 12 months, with the period covered stated on screen. It is free, also available at GET /api/precos and in the MCP tool precos_homologados, and the tab link is shareable. Check the unit of measure before comparing prices.

It is the list of the document's legal, tax, economic-financial and technical requirements, with conditions, exceptions and source excerpts. The Data tab separates Identification, Items and Deadlines; Requirements separates Qualifications, Certificates and Obligations. Each sub-tab shows its counter and lets you open the cited page. The full JSON is available when the analysis finishes. Everything is included in the document access and uses the same analysis already prepared, with no further AI call when you consult it.

The deadline is calculated from the session date. Article 164 of Law 14,133/2021 gives three business days before the session to file a challenge; EditalMD counts those days with the national holidays and marks the deadline as estimated. A state or municipal holiday may change the day — check the tender notice.

Coverage depends on the records and documents available. Check the catalog numbers at /api/health and each purchase's reference. Generation requires an authorized request and an available file; opening a page does not start processing.

You can pay without creating an account. My area → My purchases shows the documents bought in this browser, with a counter and a link to reopen them. That menu also has Saved, Alerts and Sign in or create account. To use it on other devices, keep the purchase in your account and confirm the code received by email. Purchases made while signed in go to the account automatically; My account also offers the history. Without a link, download and keep the private recovery code: it keeps opening the document, so do not share it. Saved, Alerts and Watches can also be brought into the account with their own code.
