Find a tenderUse with an agent

Yes. During the pilot, the same X-Agent-Pass credential from the index provides one sponsored premium document and up to 100 basic reads. Each PDF can have up to 50 pages and 32 MiB. Basic delivers native text and local OCR without review or structured tables. Premium includes prepared Markdown, package and evidence, with quality indicators. See /api/avaliacao for validity and /avaliacao.md for integration. The grant is individual, subject to capacity and budget, without automatic renewal. Beyond it, analysis uses plan allowance or a price quote in reais.

HTML pages are free for people and crawlers, without an API quota. Structured API reads have 1,000 free reads per day, IP and product. Above that, US$1 buys 1,000 shared reads for 30 days, without automatic renewal. Document access, OCR and AI have separate prices.

Yes. Open Companies, search by CNPJ or legal name and sign in to your account when you add one: the company becomes an organization of your account, which you can share with your team. Import the registration and attach certificates and PDF supporting documents. In the tender, select the company in Requirements and run the automatic analysis. When it finishes, Pending and Met show reasons, next steps and source excerpts. A missing document does not mean non-compliance, and a CNAE alone does not prove a certificate. The analysis helps the review; it does not guarantee qualification nor replace the agency's decision. You can keep up to 20 companies; link an account when you want to use them on another device. Runs depend on the service's availability and limits.

No. Choose to pay by address or QR Code: EditalMD shows a unique address, the amount in USDC and the Base network. You can send from a wallet app or exchange that supports USDC on Base. Check the net amount and any sending fees. Pay within 30 minutes; confirmation may take a few minutes and releases your access automatically. Reopen the document in this browser to follow along. Connected wallet, x402, credit and Pix with a receipt remain available.

Open a tender and select a document to view the original for free. To analyze its requirements, select Analyze my company for this tender. See sample results and check the page count and price before purchase. Access includes requirements with source pages, comparison with your company evidence and processed content. Necessary generation is included. Reopen with your authorization without paying again.

Search, purchase records, originals, examples and progress checks are free. Analysis uses 1 plan unit per page. It includes generation, requirements, company evidence comparison, Markdown, images and ZIP. A price report uses 25 units. The first alert and watch are free; later ones use 5 and 3 units. Sufficient allowance avoids a separate charge. Otherwise, checkout shows the total in reais before purchase. Unknown pages are not charged. Reopening an authorized document is free. Human services and API access packages are sold separately.

Use Save to keep up to 200 tenders, Follow changes to watch a purchase, or Create alert to find similar ones. My area lists Saved and Alerts with counters. Group alerts by organization. Search a company by name or CNPJ for suggestions. Select states, cities, procurement types and value ranges in selection dialogs. Check Only with bidding to receive, for example, only direct purchases with bidding. Matching tenders updates its preview when filters change. Notices can arrive on the site, by webhook or by email, with up to ten To, CC and BCC recipients. With Also send the result, the alert shows who won and the awarded value when PNCP publishes the result. In Ceará, the result also comes from what the city reports to TCE-CE. Keep the access code to recover your lists in another browser.

Enter the CNPJ to get term suggestions from the company's activities (CNAE). Choose terms and check the preview before creating. Suggestions do not enable alerts. The API can create one alert per CNAE family. After the first free alert, each uses 5 plan units or a quoted price in reais for 30 days. Activities outside the dictionary need their own terms.

The tab shows the CNAEs of companies that won similar PNCP purchases. This is free. Create an alert from the tab to receive new tenders. The first alert is free. Later alerts use 5 plan units or a quoted price in reais for 30 days.

Open Prices paid in search or Prices inside a tender. Prices come from PNCP results and, in Ceará, also from what cities report to TCE-CE. The free summary compares the same product and unit: price count, median, common range and purchase volume. Enter a quantity to compare purchases of that size. The full report includes winners, buyers, discounts, states, months and prices with source links, plus an Excel spreadsheet. It uses 25 plan units. Without sufficient allowance, the button shows the price in reais. Reopening the same query in the period uses no more units. The API provides GET /api/precos for the summary and POST /api/precos/detalhe to use the account's allowance.

In the search, Registered prices shows the price registration agreements in force for your terms: the managing agency, until when they are valid and whether they accept joining, which lets another agency buy at the registered price. When the agreement's purchase is in the collection, the Open button shows its page with the documents. Planned purchases shows what agencies published in their annual procurement plan: the item, the quantity, the estimated value and the desired date, before the tender opens; create an alert with the same terms to know when it is published. Both are free, come from PNCP and are updated daily. Outside PNCP shows the tenders that RS agencies report to TCE-RS and that are not on PNCP, with the link to the tender on the audit court page; it is free and checked every 6 hours. By API: GET /api/atas, GET /api/planos and GET /api/estaduais; in MCP, the tools atas_vigentes, planos_de_compras and licitacoes_fora_do_pncp.

It is the list of the document's legal, tax, economic-financial and technical requirements, with conditions, exceptions and source excerpts. The Data tab separates Identification, Items and Deadlines; Requirements separates Qualifications, Certificates and Obligations. Each sub-tab shows its counter and lets you open the cited page. The full JSON is available when the analysis finishes. Everything is included in the document access and uses the same analysis already prepared, with no further AI call when you consult it.

The deadline is calculated from the session date. Article 164 of Law 14,133/2021 gives three business days before the session to file a challenge; EditalMD counts those days with the national holidays and marks the deadline as estimated. A state or municipal holiday may change the day — check the tender notice.

Coverage depends on the records and documents available. At /en/licitacoes/orgao and /en/licitacoes/municipio, compare groups with at least five purchases. Each summary gives its date. Supplier rankings use awards with a value and no cancellation entry; these are not payments. Open the purchase to check its deadline and documents. Generation requires an authorized request and an available file; opening a page does not start processing.

You can pay without creating an account. My area → My purchases shows the documents bought in this browser, with a counter and a link to reopen them. That menu also has Saved, Alerts and Sign in or create account. To use it on other devices, keep the purchase in your account and confirm the code received by email. Purchases made while signed in go to the account automatically; My account also offers the history. Without a link, download and keep the private recovery code: it keeps opening the document, so do not share it. Saved, Alerts and Watches can also be brought into the account with their own code.

Yes. Each purchase record and the pricing page offer two services at a fixed price in reais: the assisted bid review, for R$ 149.00, in which we review one purchase's requirements with you (up to 50 pages) and deliver what is missing, with the source page; and price research, for R$ 199.00, a report of up to 5 items in the IN 65/2021 format, with the awarded prices, each one's source and the calculation. Click Order, send a Pix to the key shown and send the receipt with your e-mail. We check the Pix by hand and answer at your e-mail, usually the same day. The review does not guarantee qualification or winning.

No. Search, basic company records and postal code records are free. Use /api/consulta/cadastro/:cnpj for a company and /api/consulta/endereco/:cep for a postal code. On /consulta, request sanctions and tax analysis separately. The allowance and packages apply to that analysis, not to opening a company.

It shows available CEIS, CNEP, CEPIM, leniency agreement and TCU barred-bidder records, with each source date. Additional lookup also attempts a CNJ misconduct registry (CNIA) check through TCU. In the API, you can require this check during the request: if the source fails, the lookup refuses without charging. In the batch, this option accepts groups of up to four companies; without the requirement, it uses stored CNIA. Absence from these registries does not prove the absence of every restriction.

Yes. Every record brings the whole company's federal tax debt (dívida ativa da União) from the quarterly PGFN snapshot — the total as main debtor and as co-obligor, the debts already in court, the kind (social security, FGTS and other) and the largest entries with the tax —, the installment plans at the Federal Revenue, the tax regime declared in the ECF (actual, presumed or arbitrated profit, immune or exempt) and the tax benefits (special regimes, IRPJ/CSLL waivers, those declared in the DIRBI and the import tax waivers published on the Transparency Portal). Through the API: `dividaAtiva`, `parcelamentos`, `regimeTributario` and `beneficiosFiscais`.

Yes. Every record checks the whole company against the Federal Revenue list of chronic tax debtors (devedores contumazes, Complementary Law 225/2026), checked daily. A company on the list is barred from public tenders. The record shows the qualification date, the declaratory act in the Federal Official Gazette and the list date, and whoever monitors the company is alerted when it enters or leaves the list. Through the API and the MCP: the `devedorContumaz` field.

Yes. Every record brings the construction works the company is responsible for in the CNO, the Federal Revenue's National Construction Registry — as builder, project owner, developer or property owner —, with the address, area, start date and status (active, stalled or finished), from the monthly snapshot. Through the API: the `obras` field.

Yes. Every record brings the whole company's social and environmental risk: whether any establishment is on the MTE Register of Employers (the slave labour list), with the workers, the inspection, the listing date and the expected removal; the Ibama embargoes in force, with the embargoed area, and the lifted ones; and the Ibama infraction notices, with the total of fines since 1995 and the latest ones. The databases are checked daily, and whoever monitors the company is alerted of a new notice, embargo or listing. Through the API: the `ambiental` and `trabalhoEscravo` fields.

Yes. Every record brings the whole company's contracts published in the PNCP (National Public Procurement Portal) — federal, state and municipal —: how many and how much, those of the last 12 months, the five agencies that hired it the most and the ten latest contracts, with the object, the value, the dates and the PNCP link. Through the API: `governo`.

Yes. Every record brings the whole company's registrations with regulators: the ANTT RNTRC (road freight carrier), the ANP fuel retailer authorization (with the brand), the CVM listed company, the Central Bank authorized institution and the ANS health plan operator — the number, the status and since when. The databases are checked daily, and whoever monitors the company is alerted when a registration changes status. Through the API: `registros`.

Yes. Every record adds up the federal government's bank orders to the whole company in the last 12 months, from the Transparency Portal, with the number of payments, the latest one and the five agencies that paid the most. The database is checked daily, with the days CGU publishes (about four days behind). Through the API: `pagamentos`.

Yes. Every record adds up the electronic sales invoices the whole company issued to federal agencies in the 12 months up to the latest month published by the CGU, with the number of invoices, the five units that bought the most and the total for each year since 2021 — sale items only, without shipments, returns or cancelled invoices. It also brings the federal government contracts since 2013 from the Transparency Portal: how many, how much, since when and the latest ones, the history from before the PNCP. Both databases are checked every three days; in the batch, invoice sales in 12 months and federal contracts become spreadsheet columns.

Yes. Every record adds up the expenses the candidates' campaigns contracted from the whole company since 2018, from the accounts filed with the TSE: how many campaigns and how much, the total for each election, the campaigns' parties and the largest contracts, with the candidate, the office, the party and the place. Only the company counts as a supplier — individuals, other candidates' campaigns and parties are left out. The database is checked daily, and the 2026 election comes in when the TSE publishes it; in the batch, campaigns and value become spreadsheet columns.

Yes, for the 644 São Paulo state municipalities audited by the TCE-SP (the capital has its own court): how much city halls, councils and municipal agencies paid and committed to the whole company, year by year since 2008, in how many municipalities, the agencies that paid the most, what they bought and through which procurement method. The database is checked weekly; whoever monitors the company is alerted of a sale to a new agency, and in the batch the latest year's payments become a spreadsheet column.

Yes. The CVM funds the company administers, manages, audits or holds in custody, with the net assets of each role and the largest ones — and, when the CNPJ is a fund, the fund itself; the aircraft registered at ANAC in its name, as owner or operator, with the model and the lien; and whether it is a registered federal government supplier (SICAF) qualified to bid. Funds and aircraft are checked daily, SICAF weekly, and monitoring alerts on changes.

It shows the non-automatic ones, direct and through a lending bank, which BNDES publishes with the client's CNPJ: how many contracts, how much was contracted and disbursed, the active ones and the latest operations, with the product and the project. Automatic operations, through banks, do not identify the client and are left out. Through the API: `bndes`.

Yes. Every record checks the company's partners against the CGU list of politically exposed persons (Transparency Portal), updated monthly: who is on it, with the name abbreviated, and each post — councillor, mayor, congressman, head of an agency —, with the body, since when and whether in office or in the five-year grace period after leaving. It is the check that anti-money-laundering rules require for customers and suppliers; whoever monitors the company is alerted when a partner joins the list. Through the API: `pep`.

Yes. On Radar CNPJ, paste up to 200 CNPJs on the lookup page (or send them to `POST /api/consulta/lote`) and get a report with one line per company — the status at the Federal Revenue, the sanctions in force, the federal tax debt, installment plans, tax regime, tax benefits and construction works — and the spreadsheet for Excel. Each CNPJ is one lookup from the plan balance; those not in the base are not charged, and the balance is the same on all three portals.

Basic company and postal code records are free and do not use your balance. Additional analysis has 10 free uses a day. Then the one-off pack costs R$ 5.00 for 200 analyses over 90 days. The 30-day packs include 1,000 (R$ 19.90), 5,000 (R$ 59.90) or 20,000 uses (R$ 199.90). Checkout appears when you request a paid feature. No automatic renewal.

Yes. The balance stays with your account (or the credit wallet that paid) and is the same on Radar CNPJ, PontoFato and EditalMD, on the page and through the API.

Yes. Choose one of four weekly packages at /parceria. Select a period from the catalogue or subscribe with a weekly card charge. Check the total and upload your artwork. Payment precedes approval. Cancel renewal from your account. Partnerships and custom campaigns use the separate form.
