About EditalMD
EditalMD brings together Brazilian public tenders, deadlines, documents and requirements to help you prepare a bid. Find a purchase, check the evidence and follow changes in one place.
Find the purchases that interest you
Search by product, service, state and status. The purchase record gathers the agency, the purpose, values, dates and the available documents. The tenders are in Portuguese, so search in Portuguese terms. See the current coverage in the product numbers.
The bid deadline is the one the agency published. The challenge deadline is estimated: article 164 of Law 14,133/2021 gives three business days before the session, and the calculation uses the national holidays — state or municipal holidays are not included, and the answer marks the deadline as estimated. When the purchase has no closing date, the record says so instead of making one up.
The document: Markdown with provenance
Read the document with pagination, search, images and Markdown. Download the package to work off the site and open the original to check a passage. Purchase, agency, pages and hash identify the version used.
Explore the five free examples. Each buyer pays US$ 0.02 per page for their own access, even when the document is already ready. Any needed generation, Markdown, original, images and ZIP are included. Pay by x402, credit or address/QR in USDC. Pages and total appear before payment. Reopen with your authorization without paying again; someone else needs to buy their own access.
When the dossier is prepared, Data and Requirements organize items, deadlines and requirements with excerpts and pages for checking. Quality notices point out limitations. This organization helps the reading and does not replace the tender notice or the agency's decision.
Alerts and watches
Create alerts by terms, state and other filters, or use the CNPJ to get suggestions from the company's activities. Check the preview before turning it on. Get new ones on the site, by confirmed email or by webhook.
Follow a purchase to see changes in status, deadline, value and documents. Always check the date of the last check and the official publication. The first alert and the first watch are free; further ones cost US$ 0.10 per alert (30 days) and US$ 0.05 per watch.
What EditalMD is not
- It is not an official source. Check the document published by the agency; the Markdown is a reading of it, with a hash to identify the version.
- It is not legal advice. The qualification list is extracted and anchored in the text; the decision remains with whoever reads the tender notice.
- It does not keep what you search. The screen is the human face of the same API; no lookup requires an account.
Data credits
Public purchases and documents: the contracting bodies and entities, through the National Public Procurement Portal (PNCP). The record keeps the publication's reference. EditalMD is an independent service.
